1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to Wulco is conditioned on your acceptance of this agreement. When you open, browse, register for, or otherwise interact with the application, you acknowledge that these terms carry legal effect between you and the operator of the platform.

Anyone who is not willing to proceed under these conditions must discontinue access immediately. No authorization to utilize the service is granted outside the scope of these terms.

2. Service Description

Wulco is a fashion-focused digital service designed to help users explore style-related outputs, organize personal results, and interact with AI-assisted presentation tools built into the platform. The application may include features for content submission, generated previews, suggestion tools, and storage of user-created materials.

Service features may evolve over time. Certain tools may be revised, paused, replaced, or removed as the platform develops. Availability is not promised on a continuous, uninterrupted, or permanent basis, and we may limit functionality for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of Wulco is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By proceeding with the application, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement.

All interactions with the platform must remain lawful and respectful. Users are responsible for activity that occurs through their devices, credentials, or accounts, including safeguarding login details where applicable.

• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive material;
• Harassing, threatening, exploiting, or impersonating other persons or entities;
• Attempting to disrupt the platform through malware, automated abuse, intrusion attempts, or harmful code;
• Interfering with service stability, security controls, or other users’ access;
• Using the application in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

If conduct appears inconsistent with these rules, access may be restricted, suspended, or ended without compensation or warning.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, design framework, text, interface elements, branding, structure, and other non-user materials associated with Wulco remain the property of the developer or its licensors. These rights are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

A narrow, revocable, non-exclusive permission is granted solely for personal use of the application in accordance with this agreement. That permission does not include any right to reproduce, republish, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, extract source code, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform except where such restriction is not permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer

Wulco is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, all express, implied, and statutory warranties are disclaimed, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted performance.

We do not represent that the application will always be secure, error-free, suitable for your objectives, or available at any specific time. Outputs, recommendations, generated materials, and stored content are used at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum degree permitted by law, the developer of Wulco shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising out of or relating to access to, inability to access, or reliance on the application.

This limitation includes, without limitation, claims involving lost profits, loss of data, damaged files, interrupted business activity, device issues, reputational harm, procurement of substitute services, or any other commercial or personal losses, even where the possibility of such damage had been communicated in advance.

7. Account Termination

Access to the service may be limited or discontinued at our discretion when necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, operational concerns, or suspected breach of these terms. Such action may occur without prior notice.

You may also stop using Wulco at any time. Termination of access does not eliminate obligations or restrictions that, by their nature, are intended to remain in effect after use ends.

8. Terms Modification

From time to time, this agreement may be revised to reflect updates in the service, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations. The most current version will be the controlling version once published.

Users should review these terms periodically. Continued access after an updated version becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised conditions.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted under the laws applicable in the operator’s governing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of another body of law.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to Wulco or this agreement should first be raised through direct written contact so that an informal resolution may be attempted. If no informal solution is reached, the matter shall be handled through the courts or dispute resolution channels that have proper authority in the applicable jurisdiction.
