Privacy Policy for Wulco

Effective Date: December 20, 2025

This page explains how Wulco handles information connected to portrait uploads, outfit materials, AI-generated fashion previews, styling suggestions for dating or outings, and the personal archive features available through the app and related services at halcyon.wulco.uno. The goal is straightforward: users should understand what enters the system, why it is processed, and what choices are available afterward.

1. Data Collection

Information received through Wulco may fall into a few categories depending on how the app is used. Because the app centers on fashion visualization and AI-assisted styling, some data is provided directly by users and some is generated through normal app operation.

  • Account and contact details: if account creation, support requests, waitlists, or feedback tools are offered, Wulco may receive items such as an email address or other profile identifiers.
  • User-submitted content: portraits, selfies, face photos, outfit references, clothing materials, styling preferences, saved looks, prompts, favorites, and archive entries may be uploaded or created inside the app.
  • Device and technical details: app version, device model, operating system, language settings, IP-based approximate region, crash logs, and performance diagnostics may be recorded to keep the app functioning properly.
  • Usage activity: interactions such as generated look requests, archive actions, feature engagement, session timing, navigation patterns, and error events may be logged for product improvement and service integrity.

Wulco may also rely on third-party software development kits and infrastructure tools that process technical identifiers, diagnostics, or service metadata needed for hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, account support, or content delivery.

Certain permissions may be requested only when relevant to a feature. For example, photo library or camera access may be needed for portraits and outfit images. If location-aware features are introduced, only the level of location access required for that feature would be requested. Contacts are not required for the core styling experience unless a future sharing or invite feature specifically asks for that permission.

If a permission is denied, some functions may be limited, but the app will request access only where it is reasonably tied to a feature being used.

2. Data Usage

Once information enters the service, it may be utilized to operate the core Wulco experience. That includes generating AI-assisted outfit previews, producing dating or outing style suggestions, saving user archives, syncing content across sessions, and responding to support messages.

Data may also be used to:

  • improve generation quality, styling relevance, and feature reliability;
  • monitor security, misuse, spam, and unauthorized activity;
  • debug software issues and measure app performance;
  • personalize suggestions based on prior interactions, saved looks, or stated preferences;
  • send service notices, transactional messages, or support-related communications.

Wulco does not treat user portraits or outfit submissions as public by default. Sharing with outside parties is limited to circumstances where service providers help operate the platform, where disclosure is required by law, where rights and safety need protection, or where a user has clearly directed a sharing action.

Marketing communications, if offered, would be optional where required by law. Users may opt out of non-essential promotional messages through app settings, email instructions, or by contacting support.

3. Data Storage & Security

User materials and related service records may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure or other professionally managed hosting environments used to support Wulco. Storage locations can vary depending on operational needs, regional infrastructure design, and the providers engaged to run the service.

Security measures may include access controls, encrypted transmission, authentication safeguards, logging, environment separation, and internal restrictions intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No system can promise absolute security, but reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are applied based on the nature of the data involved.

Retention periods depend on why the information was gathered. For example, saved archive items may remain available until a user deletes them, account-related records may be kept while the account is active, and technical logs may be retained for shorter periods to maintain security and stability. Some records may remain longer where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of platform rules, or fraud prevention.

4. Third-Party Services

Wulco may work with outside service providers to support hosting, analytics, authentication, customer communication, content storage, payment processing if introduced, moderation, AI processing, diagnostics, or infrastructure monitoring. These providers may handle limited categories of information on Wulco’s behalf and only for defined business purposes.

Each provider operates under its own privacy terms and security practices. While Wulco selects tools intended to support a reliable app environment, external platforms are not controlled in the same way as Wulco’s own interfaces. Users should keep that in mind when following links, connecting external accounts, or using features delivered through integrated systems.

5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where a user lives, privacy law may provide specific rights concerning personal information. These may include the right to request access to stored data, ask for corrections, request deletion, limit certain uses, or object to processing in particular situations.

  • Access: users may ask for confirmation of whether personal information is being processed and may request a copy of relevant data, subject to lawful limitations.
  • Correction: inaccurate or outdated account details may be updated or corrected upon request.
  • Deletion: users may request removal of their personal information or submitted content, except where retention is legally required or operationally necessary for legitimate reasons.
  • Opt-out: where applicable, users may opt out of certain non-essential processing, including promotional communications or data uses governed by local law.
  • Non-discrimination: users exercising privacy rights will not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for doing so.

To exercise these rights, users may contact support@wulco.com. Wulco may need to verify identity before processing a request in order to protect account security and prevent unauthorized disclosure.

6. Children's Privacy

Wulco is intended only for adults. The app is not designed for children under 18, and it should not be used by anyone below that age threshold. Wulco does not knowingly solicit or maintain personal information from minors.

If it becomes apparent that information has been submitted by a person under 18, reasonable steps may be taken to disable the relevant account and remove associated data, subject to technical and legal constraints. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided information may contact support@wulco.com for review. This approach is intended to align with applicable child privacy standards, including COPPA where relevant.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may change as Wulco develops new features, adjusts operational practices, responds to legal requirements, or changes the way information is handled. Revised versions may appear at any time, and the updated effective date will reflect when the latest version begins to apply.

When changes are significant, notice may be provided through the app, by email where appropriate, or through publication on the relevant website or account interface. Continued use of Wulco after an updated policy takes effect means the new version governs future handling of information, to the extent allowed by law.
